Spending the night in a hotel is a really exciting adventure for children. The Bengel & Engel team wants your child to feel completely comfortable, which entails a warm welcoming. At our reception we personally welcome every child, introduce it to the other hotel guests and treat it with a delicious fruit cocktail.

Just like in any other well-managed hotel, the caretakers of the Bengel & Engel children hotel are professionals to the core. We only employ pedagogues with practical experience from the affiliated Bengel & Engel day care, who are in a position to easily adapt to the individual needs of each child.

We welcome all children between the ages of 10 month to 12 years in the Bengel & Engel children hotel. Be it from Hamburg or from further away. From Bengel & Engel day care places or from other day cares. While you are putting in a late shift at work, enjoying yourself in the theatre, partying with friends or simply taking a relaxing break: We are looking forward to the evening and night with your child.

The hours of the Bengel & Engel children hotel are obviously child friendly. After all, we are dealing with the needs of your child. We normally open at 6 pm and close the following morning at 9 am. Individual arrangements are of course always possible. In any case, there is always a lot of time spent awake, for having dinner together, playing and having breakfast. When you pick up your child the following morning, it will be well rested and full of memories of a great night.

Beds, sheets, pillows, towels, treats for the tummy, attention and many more things are supplied by the Engel & Bengel children hotel. Personal things will be brought by your child, because some things just can’t be replaced. Therefore, the favourite stuffed animal, the favourite slippers, the pyjama or the nightie, and the toothbrush should be in your child’s luggage so that in the end nothing is missing for sure.

While some are blissfully asleep, others are always ready to jump up and provide help whenever necessary. The pedagogues of Bengel & Engel will keep a watchful eye throughout the night and be there for your child, whenever they are needed: be it in restless dreams, for a shifted blanket or helping to go to the bathroom. Your child will get the support and attention it needs.
